[Abstract] Objective: To study the c lin ic a l efficacy and side effects o f T - V A D regim en com bined w ith autologous peripheral blood hem atopoietic stem cells transplantation ( A P B S C T) fo r m u ltip le myeloma ( M M ) . Methods ：From January 2010 to Decem ber 2 0 1 4 ,3 0 patients w ith M M ,w h o received thalidom ide and V A D regim en com bined w ith au­ tologous peripheral blood hem atopoietic stem cell transplantation, were enrolled. A ll patients were treated w ith th a lid o­ m ide on dose o f 5 0 m g /n ig h t at the firs t w e e k, increased dose by 5 0 m g /n ig h t w eekly, up to the m axim um dose of 2 0 0 m g /n ig h t, i f the patient could tole rant) ,and V in cristin e 0 .4 m g /d fo r 4 days and D oxorubicin 1 0 m g /(m 2 • d ) for 4 days, dexamethasone 4 0 m g /d fo r 4 days. Dexamethasone was also given on days 9 to 12 o f the firs t cycle o f treat­ ment. The regim en was adm inistered every 4 weeks fo r fo u r courses. A fte r 4 courses of T - V A D regim en, the patient was given autologous peripheral blood hem atopoietic stem cell c o lle ctio n , and transplantation.
