Hydraulics Pneumatics Seals/No.05.2017 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0813.2017.05.012 密封标准冲洗方案PLAN32与PLAN23在 特定工况下的结合使用 夏广林 （丹东波纹管密封有限公司，辽宁 东港 118300） 摘 要：根据用户当地法规的环境污染要求和嗅觉的限制要求，设计的密封不允许有输送介质泄漏。按照API682推荐的机械密封选 择方法，选用第1系列C型密封，选择布置方式3，冲洗方案选择PLAN53或PLAN54。在实际设计时，密封腔体尺寸不足，无法按布置 方式3设计。在满足用户要求的情况下，还可以选用冲洗方案PLAN32，但改造设备是生产工序的末端，无法对冲洗液回收，经济损失 较大，用户不允许直接采用此方案。综合考虑多方面因素，采用PLAN32，以最少量的冲洗液冲入密封腔，用于隔离介质，同时采用 PLAN23降低密封腔内冲洗液温度，满足密封正常运转需要。 关键词：环境污染；API682；机械密封选择方法；冲洗方案 中图分类号：TH137 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1008-0813（2017）05-0043-04 The Combined Use of the Sealed Standard Flusing Scheme Plan32 and Plan23 for the Specific Working Conditions XIA Guang-lin （Dandong Bellows-Sealings Co.,Ltd.,Donggang 118300,China） Abstract ：：According to the requirements of local environmental pollution and restrictions on the sense of smell, the design of the seal isn ’t allowed to have a transmission medium leakage. The mechanical seal selections, recommended by API692,should be the selection of first se- ries C type seal and the way of arrangement 3. Also, the washing plan should be either selection Plan 53 or Plan 54.However,in practical de- sign, the sealing cavity size is insufficient, which can not be designed according to the layout 3.So in the case of meeting the user require- ments, the washing plan 32 can be chosen. But the transformation equipment is the end of the production process, and can ’t reclaim the washing fluid, which can cause greater economic loss. Therefore, this washing plan is not allowed to use directly by users. Considering all these factors, use Plan 32,with the smallest amount of washing fluid into the sealing chamber to isolate media and meanwhile use Plan 23 to r
