3MP90粘结系统对牙本质小管封闭作用及疗效对比 刘建1 施存山2 刘延峰2 蒋薇薇2 （江苏省泰州市人民医院 江苏 泰州 225300） [摘 要] 目的3MP90粘结系统对离体牙牙本质小管的封闭效果，为其临床应用提供参考依据。方法: 12个，清洁牙面分别涂擦3MP90粘结系统、Gluma脱敏剂、蒸馏水。扫描电镜观察牙本质小管口封闭情况，选取代表性视野拍照，统计每个小组在相同视野下，被完全封闭的小管数量和未被封闭的小管数量，计算堵孔率。每组选3个牙本质块纵劈，扫描电镜观察脱敏剂渗入深度。结果3MP90粘结系统、Gluma脱敏剂都可以封闭牙本质小管。两种脱敏剂封闭效果比较有统计学差异（P0.05）。封闭效果3MP90粘结系统强于Gluma脱敏剂。结论: 3MP90Gluma脱敏剂都可以封闭牙本质小管。3MP90粘结系统对牙本质小管有更好的封闭作用。 关键词：3MP90粘结系统；Gluma脱敏剂；牙本质过敏症；扫描电镜 3MP90 bonding system of dentin tubule sealing process and efficacy Liu Jian1? Jiangsu?Taizhou 225300) [Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of 3MP90 adhesive system closed dentin tubules by scanning electron microscope, to provide reference for its clinical application. Methods:Fresh isolated molars prepared dentin sensitivity model 36, were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group of 12, and then clean the teeth respectively according to the instructions to 3MP90 bond system, Gluma desensitizer, blank control group with distilled water. Scanning electron microscopic observation of dentinal tubule orifices were closed, the representative view photos, the statistics of each group in the same perspective, by number of tubule completely closed and not closed tubular, hole blocking rate calculation. Each group choose 3 dentin blocks longitudinal split, observation of desensitizer infiltration depth scanning electron microscope. Results: 3MP90 adhesive systems, Gluma desensitizer can seal dentinal tubule. Two kinds of desensitizer sealing effect is statistically significant (P0.05). Blocking effect of 3MP90 adhesive system than Gluma desensitizer. Conclusion: 3MP90 adhesive systems, Gluma desensitizer can seal dentinal tubule. 3MP90 bonding system has better sealing effect on dentinal tubules.
