After more than 20 years of effort, a team of professionals from ships and marine engineering, fluid mechanics, electrical control and machinery has been formed. In March 2002 and December 2005, Chinas first universal I 70kW float type power flow experimental station and universal II 40kW block tidal power station were built in and respectively. The two power stations are independent power generation systems, which belong to the research test power station and can supply power to a small range. At present, the 150KW class grid connected power flow technology demonstration and demonstration verification system is being developed. The project is currently the worlds largest installed capacity of the floating tidal current power generation prototype demonstration unit, marking the tidal power station system integration design
