Although training has been a part of organizational and social functions for thousands of years, it has been recognized that training is not the same as learning, but only in modern times, during which people have experienced many mistakes and setbacks. It was not until the second world war that western countries began formal industrial training activities. In China, organized industrial training activities are carried out even later. In the past 50 years, the costs of training in Western organizations and enterprises have been steadily increasing.
The huge increase in training costs calls for changes in management thinking and basic principles. In the past, training was often seen as expensive and costly, and trainers were always the first to be fired in the west. At present, although there are still some organizations that the training budget should fluctuate with profit margins, however, training staff as an investment has become a clear trend. In fact, in an enterprise or organization with this attitude, trainers can play a more active role in organizational management.
