Then, there is a discussion about how to adjust the contradiction between modern and traditional. State would like to achieve standardized management of farmland, to strengthen institutionalization of rural property, and to promote the capitalization in rural area through the confirmation of farmland right. But there are three different characteristics in rural habitus. The land allocation is complex and obscure. The land relations pay more attention to the local etiquette and custom. The farming care about family livelihood. Now, national regulation is in a strong position. It squeezes out the rural habitus.
