Changsha Aeronautical Vocational Technical College, Changsha 410124, Hunan, China) Abstract: By the end of 2012, China had completed the forest rights reforms, including clearing property rights of forest and contracted to households. So it is very necessary to build a set of spatio-temporal database which analyzes and manages the woodland circulation space-time information. The attribute of spatio-temporal data of woodland circulation was analyzed, and the spatio-temporal data model was designed. Further, the theory was presented that supports the database construction of forest land circulation and forestry tenure reform.
