第4 1 卷，第9 期 工 程 塑 料 应 用 Vol.4 1，No.9 59 2013 年9 月 ENGINEERING PLASTICS APPLICATION Sep. 2013 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-3539.2013.09.013 大规格斜拉索高密度聚乙烯防护套挤出成型的研究 王韶华，邬向伟 ( 中州大学实验管理中心，郑州 450044) 摘要：针对400 丝以上大规格斜拉索高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD) 防护套存在着易开裂及外观质量差等质量缺陷问题， 在挤出成型防护套的过程中，通过合理设计口模结构尺寸以增加模具压力、合理调控机头温度、调整好口模中内外模 的间隙、对原材料PE-HD 进行增韧改性等方法，使PE-HD 均匀地包覆在裸索上，并紧密地粘附成一体，形成的防护 套厚度均匀、无银纹且其与裸索之间没有间隙。通过以上措施，制备的大规格斜拉索防护套在生产制造、张拉检测、 卷盘运输、施工安装环节中，当其受到挤压、弯曲、拉伸等应力的作用时，没有开裂等隐患现象发生。 关键词：大规格斜拉索；高密度聚乙烯防护套；挤出成型；模具压力；机头温度 中图分类号：TQ320.79 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-3539(2013)09-0059-05 Study on Extrusion Molding of High Density Polyethylene Protective Cover of Large Specification Cable-stayed Wang Shaohua ，Wu Xiangwei (Experiment Management Center of Zhongzhou University ，Zhengzhou 450044 ，China) Abstract ：According to the quality defect problems that high density polyethylene (PE-HD) protective cover of large specification cable-stayed is easy to crack and the appearance quality of the cover is bad etc. ，in the extrusion molding process of PE-HD protective cover ，through adopting the methods such as designing the die structure dimensions reasonably to increase mold pressure ，controlling the die temperature ，adjusting the gap between the inner mold and outer mold of the die reasonably and toughening the raw material PE-HD and so on ，the PE-HD melt evenly covered on the bare cable and tightly adhered together with the cable. The forming protective cover has even thickness and no silver craze ，the gap between the protective cover and the bare cable doesnt exist. Through the methods mentioned above ，there are not
