其他形式的hazop分析方法（Other forms of HAZOP Analysis） 18.4 other forms of HAZOP analysis (for reference only) The method of HAZOP analysis based on bootstrap was first established by ICI corporation. After continuous improvement and modification, and put forward many suggestions, some improvements have been applied in the actual process of analysis, the different forms of the HAZOP analysis method can be very suitable for the analysis of a specific object. The following brief descriptions of other forms of HAZOP analysis are presented. There are two basic changes in the method of HAZOP analysis based on the leading words. (1) the ways of identifying the deviation of the analysis group are different; and the methods of compiling HAZOP analysis result documents are different. Using the bootstrap word, all deviations from each analysis node or operation step can be identified. Simply combining all the leading words into the process parameters creates a lot of bias. There are 7 leading words, if there are 5 process parameters. A total of 7x 5=35 deviations are generated. Generally speaking, this is only a deviation quantity of equipment. If the 20 main equipments are considered, the deviation is 35 * 20=700. To analyze these deviations (some of which may be meaningless), if each deviation is 10min, you need 7000min, about 120 h, and 15 d (8 h per day). The advantage of this approach is that the assessment team that lacks experience in HAZOP analysis ensures that all possible abnormalities in the process are taken into account. The disadvantage is that the meaningless bias is a burden to the experienced HAZOP analysis group. There are two kinds of effective methods in the practice of the library based on the method; the method based on knowledge.
