But what kind of exercise should people exercise in the end? What is the most beneficial, healthy and most extended life span? Scientists have been inconclusive. Held in Paris in August at the end of the European Society of Cardiology meeting, Dr Peter Shug from Copenhagen, Denmark Noel Bispebjerg University (Dr.PeterSchnohr) published a study about the relationship between exercise and longevity. The results show that the intensity of exercise is the key to prolonging peoples life span, and it is proved that high intensity exercise can help prolong life, while the length of exercise is less important. The study, conducted by Dr. Shu, is a sample of 5106 bicycle enthusiasts from Copenhagen between the ages of 21 and 90. The researchers found that in the male cyclists, rather than low intensity riders, live more than 2.9 years of moderate intensity cycling, high intensity cycling rules can live more than 5.3 years. In comparison with female cyclists, moderate drivers are 2.2 years older than those with low intensity, and high strength riders are 3.9 years older than those with low strength. This suggests that strenuous exercise can help longevity. Dr. Shu delivered ten benefits of strenuous exercise in his speech at the conference: 1, increase lung capacity. 2, improve insulin sensitivity and stabilize blood sugar. 3, stabilize blood lipid levels. 4, lower blood pressure. 5, improve platelet aggregation. 6, improve heart function. 7, improve immunity. 8, so that the body is not susceptible to inflammation. 9, reduce the risk of obesity. 10, reduce the psychological burden. In this regard, Dr. Shu suggests that people should do at least one of the highest intensity sports they can receive every day. Fast cycling or running to and from work is a good choice. Tip:
