2014 年第九届中国（国际）水务高峰论坛 论文集 山区水生态文明建设路径研究 ——以景宁为例 1 2 黄美玲 徐海林 （浙江省景宁畲族自治县水利局景宁323500） 摘 要：水生态文明是生态文明建设的重要基础,山区县在水生态文明建设中具有生态基 础突出等优势，也存在发展空间不大、投入不足等硬伤。景宁作为浙西南山区小县立足优 越的资源条件，在建设水生态文明方面进行了有益的探索。本文在分析景宁水生态文明现 状的基础上,指出推进水生态文明建设的意义，并对景宁县水生态文明建设路径进行浅析， 提出保障饮水安全、保护与修复水生态、推进防洪排涝工程建设、强化水景观水文化建设、 深化水管理、开展生态产业、落实保障措施等七个方面思路。 关键词：景宁；山区；水生态文明建设 The path of studing the construction of water ecological civilization Example as Jingning/Huang MeiLing1 Xu HaiLin2 Abstract ：Water ecological civilization is the important foundation for the construction of ecological civilization, mountainous country has the advantages outstanding ecological foundation in the construction of water ecological civilization , but there is little development space, inadequate investment and other shortcomings. As a little mountainous country in the southwest of Zhejiang with superior resource conditions, Jingning has carried on the beneficial exploration in the construction of the water ecological civilization. On the basis of examining of the current situation of water ecological civilization in jingning, this text points out the significance of promoting water ecological civilization construction,and analyses the path of water ecological civilization construction, puts forward some ideas of seven aspects such as ensuring the safety of drinking water, water conservation and restoration ecology, promoting the construction of flood control and drainage , strengthening the water landscape culture construction, deepening the water management, developing ecological industry, implementing safeguard measures etc. Key words ：Jingning ；mountainous country ；water ecological civilization construction
