The rule of land use pattern dynamics of Zoucheng coa-l mining area was analyzed in 1988~ 2002 . The research revealed the dy- namics process of land use, the rule of change and its driving factor . The conclusion of research provided the basis of the ration- al land use and the capacit y of land.
