A bstrac t: The piezoelectric ceram ics of little capacitance have a smi ple hysteresis, forwhich a specialmathematic modelwith least
square method can be established, using the dataobtained by a particular expermi ent system. Then a computer program based on the
modelmakes the open loop control to tiny displacement system of detecting apparatus based on white- light interference technique.
The total displacement length is 20 and the precision reaches0. 03. In addition, the flow chart of the program is given.
