摘 要 本文研究了三元氮杂环化合物的开环反应，在绿色条件下对三元氮杂环的开 环反应及在卡宾的催化作用下炔醛对进行三元氮杂环的开环。 第一部分，详细研究了在PEG-200 这种绿色溶剂，卤代烷和硫脲为硫醚化试 剂对三元氮杂环的开环反应。结果表明：卤代烷和硫脲反应原位生成硫负离子后， 进攻三元氮杂环，高产率得到相应的β-氨基硫醚化合物。 第二部分，详细研究炔醛对三元氮杂环的开环反应。氮杂卡宾的催化作用下 炔醛类化合物对三元氮杂环的开环反应。结果表明：在氮杂卡宾的前体IXy.HCl 催化下，炔丙醛对三元氮杂环的开环反应，以很好的产率得到相应的β-磺酰氨基 炔丙酯。 关键词：三元氮杂环；绿色溶剂；氮杂卡宾；开环反应 I Abstract In this thesis, the ring-opening reactions of aziridines under green conditions were described. In part one, the ring-opening reaction of aziridines with alkyl halides and thiourea in green solvent of PEG-200-H O was studied in detail. The results indicated that the 2 reaction between thiourea and the alkyl halide in situ form the sulfur anion intermediate, which attacks the aziridines afford the corresponding β-amino sulfides in good to excellent yields. In part two, the ring-opening reaction of aziridines with alkynals was studied in detail. The results indicated that the reactions between alkynals and aziridines catalyzed with N-heterocyclic carbine IXy.HCl gave the corresponding β-sulfonylamino propynoic esters.
