·44 · 定西市发展马铃薯产业的综合优势分析 张世福 （中共定西市委党校，甘肃定西743000） 摘 要：为了研究定西市马铃薯产业可持续发展中的优势支撑，增强大力发展马铃薯产业的信心，分析区 域内在自然和基础条件方面的优势，国内马铃薯消费、加工和国际贸易量的增加拉动需求变动、以及实 现马铃薯单产增加的可行性和马铃薯相对其他粮食作物比较效益突出的现实表现等情况。结果表明， 定西市境内复杂多样的地理环境、特殊合时的气候特征、充裕肥沃的耕地资源是马铃薯产业可持续发展 的自然优势所在；方便快捷的区位交通是发展马铃薯产业的基础优势所在；国内消费和加工需求持续增 加、国际贸易快速增长以及比较效益突出带来的机遇将成为发展马铃薯产业的后发优势所在。这些优 势组合后所形成的优势合力，必将成为推动定西市马铃薯产业可持续发展的持久动力。 关键词：定西市；马铃薯产业；综合优势；分析 中图分类号：S532 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2011-0327 Analysis of the Comprehensive Advantage of Development Potato Industry in Dingxi Zhang Shifu (PartySchoolofDingxiCommunistPartyCommittee, Dingxi 743000, Gansu, China) Abstract: In order to study the advantage of potato industry sustainable development and strengthen the confidence of development potato industry in Dingxi. By analyses the advantages of natural and basic conditions, and the change of demand because the increase of domestic consumption and industry and international trade, and to realize the yield increase of potatoes and the comparative benefits of potato relative to other food crops, and so on. The result shows the advantage of potato industry development including the special climate characteristic and fertile farmland resources, and the superior convenient location and the demand increase of the consumption and industry in our country and international trade.
