沈阳万科物业服务有限公司人力资源管理研究 摘 要 改革开放以来,我国的中小企业获得了蓬勃的发展,对我国国民经济的发展起到了重要的促进作用,它们的出现和崛起,为我国高新技术事业注入了蓬勃旺盛的活力,己经成为我国经济发展的主要支柱企业之一,并己经成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。目前,我国的中小企业正处于它的“二次”创业时期,WTO的加入、知识经济的到来,为中小企业的发展提供了更为广阔的发展空间。但是,机遇与挑战并存。这种形势在为我国的中小企业带来机遇的同时也使中小企业面临更加严峻的竞争。在当今时代,企业间的竞争归根到底表现为人力资源的竞争,这就要求作为市场主体的企业必须高度重视人力资源的管理。然而我国有相当一部分企业在人力资源开发和管理方面存在着这样或那样的问题, 成为企业持续发展的“瓶颈”。如何有效地对人力资源进行开发和管理已经成为当今企业所面临的主要问题之一。 本文以沈阳万科物业服务有限公司(以下简称:沈阳万科物业)为研究背景,运用人力资源管理的相关理论知识,分析总结了该企业在人力资源管理中存在的主要问题和成因,并为完善沈阳万科物业今后的人力资源管理提出了相应的解决对策与建议。 关键词:人力资本,人力资源管理,激励机制,人才培训 The Research on Human Resources and Strategy of Shenyang Vanke Property Services Limited Company Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small-and-medium-sized enterprises to the rapid development of Chinas national economy played an important role in promoting their emergence and rise of Chinas high-tech enterprise into a vibrant vitality, has become Chinas economy one of the main pillars of development, and has become Chinas socialist market economy, an important part.
