武夷学院 毕业论文 (设计) 钻形紫菀的生殖分配和繁殖能力 （育苗技术）研究 院 系 ： 专业（班级）： 姓名： 学号: 指导教师： 职称： 完成日期： 年 月 日  摘 要 摘要：目的：探讨钻形紫菀的生殖分配和繁殖能力。方法：通过将钻形紫菀不同规格的茎段插扦繁殖处理，判断钻形紫菀的无性生殖能力；通过对钻形紫菀野外调查和种子采集，观察钻形紫菀的种子生产和形态特征；通过将洗净的钻形紫菀根、茎、叶等器官分离，精确称重，判断钻形紫菀开花植株的生物量及其分配。结果：钻形紫菀茎节在没有接触土壤的条件下，离体茎段不能生长，茎段埋入土壤，茎段的成活率低于12%；钻形紫菀的小花和种子数量非常多，种子质量轻，有冠毛，传播容易；钻形紫菀各个构件的生物量大小为茎 花根 叶，各构件生物量分配的变异系数为叶花 根 茎。结论：虽然钻形紫菀的无性生殖能力不强，但是其根茎萌蘖能力、传播、扩散能力、调节生殖分配的能力较强。 关键词：钻形紫菀；无性生殖；生物量 Abstract Abstract：Objective：To explore the reproductive allocation and reproductive capacity of annual saltmarsh aster. Methods: By cutting the stem of annual saltmarsh aster with different specification ,to discuss the asexual reproductive ability of annual saltmarsh aster; By collecting the seed of annual saltmarsh ster and do some field investigations, Observe the seed production and the morphological characteristics of annual saltmarsh aster; By separating the organs of the clean annual saltmarsh aster ,such as the root, stem and leaf and accurate weighing the organs ,then Judge the plant biomass and its allocation of annual saltmarsh aster. Result:In the absence of contacting with soil conditions, th stem section of annual saltmarsh aster cann’t grow, while contacting with the soil , the survival rate of the stem section of is below 12%;The number of flower and seed of the annual saltmarsh ster is high.The quality of seed is light. it is easy to spread with pappus. Comparing the biomass of different organs, the result is as following, stem flower root leaf. Conclusion:Although the asexual reproduction ability of the annual saltmarsh ster is not strong , its rhizome shooting ability, spreading ability, regulating reproductive allocation ability is very strong.
