供应商管理库存的系统动力学仿真研究 专 业：企业管理 硕 士 生：牛波瑞 指导老师：闫丽霞 副教授 摘 要 本课题利用系统动力学建模方法和Vensim 软件构建了随机波动需求环境下的 二级供应链的供应商管理库存动力学模型，该模型能够很好的反映供应商共享零售 商的销售信息并预测零售商需求而为其供货的机制。通过对比模拟仿真分析传统库 存管理与供应商管理库存模式的动力学模型，得出了供应商管理库存模式的优缺 点，并在此基础上，通过调整模型中的时间参数，模拟测试了运输延迟时间、库存 调整周期、期望库存覆盖周期及移动平滑时间对模型中供应商和零售商库存的影 响，进而探讨了能够优化供应商管理库存供应链的时间策略。 研究结果表明：供应商管理库存相对传统库存管理模式能够抑制或减弱牛鞭效 应，消除了需求变异的放大，但却并不能很大程度上改善库存管理，它将短期库存 的短波长高频波动转变为长期的长波长低频波动，降低了供应商和零售商的库存的 响应度，容易致使供应商与零售商在一段时间内处于库存积压状态另一段时间又处 于缺货状态。进一步的研究发现，供应商管理库存模式中，供应商和零售商可以通 过压缩运输延迟时间、设定较大的库存调整周期以及较小的库存覆盖周期来抑制 减弱供应链的牛鞭效应。在运用平滑技术进行需求预测时，供应商则应采取较大的 移动平滑时间，而零售商取一个较小的移动平滑时间，从而减弱牛鞭效应，提高供 应链的整体性能。 关键词：供应商管理库存，系统动力学，牛鞭效应 I The System Dynamics Simulation research of Vendor Managed Inventory Major ：Enterprise Management Master Candidate ：Niu Borui Supervisor ：Associate Prof. Yan Lixia Abstract Based on the principles of system dynamics and the Vensim software,This paper build system dynamics model of VMI in two-stage chain which have a random fluctuations in demand,the model can reflect the VMIs mechanism that the suppliers share the retailers sales information to forecast the retailer needs and replenish the retailers stocks.Explore the advantages and disadvantages of VMI by comparing the simulation of the dynamic model of the traditional inventory management and the VMI model,and then by adjusting the time-parameters of this model,we can get the time strategy to optimize
