Abstract
The Mosuowan irrigation area of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agricultural
Division eight, is located in the heart of the Economic Development Zone of Tianshan Mountains, and in
the southern Junggar Basin, east of Manas County Irrigation District, south of the Shihezi City, West of the
old Shawan Irrigation, north of Gurbantunggut desert, consist of 147 groups, 148 groups, 149 groups, and
150 groups of four large farms. Irrigation district water unit is used for irrigation and the pattern is joint
exploitation of Surface – Groundwater. After 50 years of development, with the increasing irrigated area, so
that the amount of water has increased, the amount of groundwater resources exploitation also has
