单头西花蓟马总RNA提取方法的比较研究 　　摘要： TriPure 法和RNA 提取试剂盒法是目前实验室动植物RNA提取的常用方法。本试验通过对两种不同的RNA 提取试剂盒与TriPure 法进行比较，发现Trans公司研发的型号为ER501-01 的TransZol Up Plus RNA Kit试剂盒适合提取单头西花蓟马总RNA，所得到的RNA纯度和浓度都比较高。该研究结果为通过分子手段研究蓟马等小型昆虫提供理论基础。 　　关键词：西花蓟马；总RNA；提取方法 　　中图分类号：S433.89∶Q781 文献标识号：A 文章编号：1001-4942（2017）01-0013-04 　　Abstract TriPure method and RNA extraction kits are the widely used methods for rapid extraction of high quality RNA from plants and animals in labs.
