我国应对国外的反倾销策略 摘要 改革开放20多年来，我国的对外贸易取得巨大发展。然而，在进出口贸易大幅度增长的同时，我国的出口产品也遭到了愈来愈严重的反倾销调查，蒙受了巨大损失。据不完全统计，国际上对我国实施的反倾销，仅在最近十年内就给我国造成近300亿美元的直接损失；涉及的失业人员达100多万人。随着中国加入世界贸易组织，中国对外贸易也进入了一个新的阶段。与此同时，中国出口商品也不断遭到外国反倾销的制裁，给中国和出口企业造成了很大的危害。为了保护国内产业，必须对中国出口商品应对反倾销进行思考，并提出合理的解决措施。本文从WTO的反倾销规则出发，主要针对欧美的反倾销国内立法，结合我国外贸企业的自身情况，就我国企业如何进行反倾销应对从各个方面逐一进行分析，同时提出了加强企业自身建设进行合理防范的方案。最后，结合实习经验和实习单位确定以我国轮胎行业应对国外反倾销策略，以天津光大耐驰国际贸易有限公司为例研究。 关键词：轮胎行业；反倾销；现状危害 The Strategy Of China Against Foreign Anti-dumping Abstract Reform and opening up more than 20 years， Chinas foreign trade has made great development. With Chinas accession to the WTO， Chinas foreign trade has also entered a new stage. In order to protect the domestic industry must respond to anti-dumping on Chinese export commodities to think， and put forward reasonable solutions.
