摘要：在同一过程的不同产品之间划分能耗对于节能减排、环境影响评价及装置风险评估具有重要作用。本文提出了一种产品
能耗的动态划分方法。动态能耗划分方法将产品能耗分解为基准能耗及差额能耗两部分。基准能耗按相同的收益在产品间划分，
差额能耗则以操作条件变化引起的产品收益与基准收益的比值为基础进行分配。由于差额能耗部分允许产品间采用不同的收益
