培易 企业ERP升级实施方案设计与研究 摘 要 随着信息技术的发展，信息技术与生产方式融合越来越紧密，越来越多的信息化工具被应用到企业管理，形成了新的先进制造模式，大大提高了企业经营水平。信息化的工具很多，如ERP\OA\PDM\条码信息系统等，他们都是从企业需求出发，通过信息技术将公司相关的信息集成于一体，实现资源的有效配置，从而实现公司效率的提升。 XX公司也意识到了信息化的巨大作用，在信息化方面一直都有投入，各部门陆续上线了各种信息系统。但随着公司的飞速发展，规模的急剧扩大，这些系统开始显现弊端，因为功能不关联、信息不共享消除信息孤岛，互联互通、资源共享 Abstract With the developing of the information technology, information technology combined with production and then develop a new manufacturing way, it improve the level of management. Among the informatization way, the most popular is ERP (enterprise resource planning). It’s a tool which has been proved by a lot of exxamples. It’s a theory of management, for using this theory, all of the information about company operation has been integrated, and thereby the efficiency has been improved. XX Company has realized the purpose of informatization, invest some money to this field, but with the developing of the company, enlarge of the scaled, the system used before cannot satisfy the demand, a lot of problem happen. So improving the level of the informatization becomes an imporatant question. This paper researches this question. On the base of acquainting the present situation of informatization of cours XX Company, I find the problem and demand. Because XX Company used K3 ERP system before, using the same system or buy new one is a question, analyze and give the conclusion. According to the conclusion, K3 proceed to use, the new module will be used. Give the target at first, and then write the exxecute solution. According to the solution, exxecute officially. During the process of exxecution, there are a lot of questions, they need to be solved and summarized, and then we realize ERP more. At last assess the result of exxecution of ERP. When ERP is be used, all data happened during the process will be storaged in K3. When we have this data, we can analyze it for mading the decision. There are many methods of analyzing; creating a module by using ACCESS is a good idea. So so
