PREFACE 前言 1.1 This document is to draw design basis for the coal handling plant for Butibori Coal Handling Plant project. 本文件为Butibori煤处理场项目的设计基础 1.2 The scheme shall be in line with coal handling system flow diagram (REL-BGCPP-VEM-143-I-00003) and layout of coal handling system REL-BGCPP-VEM-143-B-00005). 本方案与煤处理系统的流程图和工艺布置图相符合。 1.3 The proposed coal handling system shall start Wagon tipplers house and end above coal bunkers. The coal handling plant shall broadly include some process equipments, such as wagon tipplers with all accessories, all conveyors for in plant conveying, crushing and sizing equipments, stacker cum reclaimer for stacking and reclaiming crushed coal and travelling trippers for bunker filling operations. At the same time, auxiliary system/equipments should be also included, such as dust extraction, dust suppression and ventilation systems, water supply system drainage system and power supply distribution control system.
