The Design and Implementation of Document Management System 学 院（系）： 专 业： 学 生 姓 名： 学 号： 指 导 教 师（职称）： 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 南阳理工学院 Nanyang Institute of Technology 文件管理系统的设计与实现 ［摘　要］文件管理系统论文采用自顶向下的结构化的系统分析方法，阐述了一个功能全面的文件管理系统的开发过程、操作流程及其一些核心的技术。首先进行了项目概述，简单介绍了项目开发的背景、项目开发的目的和项目开发的意义；接下来是系统阶段，通过实际的业务流程调研，分析了系统的，具体完成了的需求分析、可行性分析、现行业务流程分析并通过对现行业务流程的优化，得出了系统的业务流程数据流分析和数据字典系统设计阶段完成了功能模块的划分、数据库的设计和系统界面设计。该阶段对各个模块的功能进行了详细设计，形成了本系统的功能模块图在此基础上选择了合适的开发模式；数据库设计先进行了概念结构设计，之后进行了逻辑结构设计，。根据前几个阶段的分析和设计，该系统采用/S结构作为开发平台，数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server 200，完成了系统的程序实施。系统的设计实施为的运行做基础，同时为系统的开发提供一个参考模式， The Design and Implementation of File Management System Abstract: This article use top-down structured analysis method， and describes a full-featured management system development process， operational processes and some of its core technology. This article carried out the project overview at first， a brief background of the project development， project development objectives and the significance of project development; followed by systematic planning stage， through the actual business process research， analysis of the systems organizational structure， specifically the completion of the management system needs analysis， feasibility analysis， the existing business process analysis， and through the optimization of existing business processes， derived the system of business processes; followed by a systematic analysis of concrete to complete the data flow analysis and data dictionary; system design stage will focus on completion of the delineation of functional modules， database design and system interface design. The stage of the functionality of each module in detail the design， forming a functional block diagram of this syst
