Its consciousness of serving the local economy development ， paying attention to practice teaching system ， wide scope of entrance requirements ， practice guidance of teachers ， the guarantee of funds ， diversified evaluation system and ensuring university-enterprise cooperation ， all of these provide a good reference to China ’s application-based colleges and universities. In our country ， talent cultivation in the application- based colleges and universities ， should have its focus ， promote the reform of enrollment system ， pay attention to cultivating double type teachers ， deepen the cooperation between colleges ， guide enterprises to strengthen industry ， improve the assessment mechanism and give full play the alliance of application-base
