Since 1967, when Nelson Goodman first convened an interdisciplinary team to explore how children and adults learn in and through the arts, new projects and teams of researchers have been emerging from those that have come before, pushing further in explorations of the nature of intelligence, understanding, thinking, creativity, and other essential aspects of human learning. Over the years, we have conducted dozens of major research initiatives, published over 85 books and hundreds of articles and reports, collaborated with countless schools, museums, and other partners, and worked with thousands of teachers.
