毕 业 论 文 ﹙设 计﹚ 说 明 书 题 目 刀具刃磨中心A轴进给系统及建模 学生姓名 张颖波 学号 0815014015 所在院(系) 机械工程学院 专业班级 机自081 指导教师 张军峰 2012年 6月1日摘 要 本次课程设计的题目是方刀具刃磨中心A轴进给系统与建模。通过对A轴进给系统即数控回转工作台的设计，使大学生在步入社会之前，不仅能够设计出数控回转工作台，而且能够掌握机械设计的方法和步骤。本课题的设计内容要求：（1）研究刀具刃磨中心的总体方案设计。(2)根据刀具刃磨中心工艺范围，确定数控系统类型（开环，闭环，半闭环），并选择相应电机。（3）设计刀具刃磨A轴进给系统的传动系统及传动方式。（4）确定相应执行机构方案。（5）对刀具刃磨中心纵向进给系统进行精度验算。（6）在proe中建立A轴进给系统三位模型，并生成二维工程图。 对于数控回转工作台的设计，首先，进行总体方案设计，传动方案采用涡轮蜗杆传动；然后进行各零件的设计与校核，蜗杆与轴采用整体式结构；蜗轮与工作台采用螺钉连接；工作台的平衡通过止推轴承来保证；箱体由箱座、箱盖和顶盖组成，其中箱体上设计了圆台和加强筋；最后，对各零件进行装配。 刀具刃磨中心的A轴进给由回转工作台完成，回转工作台可以与X、Y、Z个坐标轴联动，从而加工出。回转工作台可以实现精确的自动分度，扩大了加工范围 关键词：数控回转工作台；蜗杆；箱体；建模  Design of NC rotary worktable Abstract The graduation project is the subject of design of CNC rotary worktable.
