However, SMEs still face difficulties in financing, weakness in technology, backward in management thinking and many other issues. With relatively simple internal financial management mechanism and low quality of financial management personnel, SMEs ignore the core position of financial management, resulting in enormous difficulties in fierce market competition The basic idea of this paper is based on purpose of the scientific development of the financial management of SMEs and main content of the problems in the financial management of SMEs, as well as measures to solve the problems.
