Further analysis shows that market demand and incremental cost are the most important influence factors to make decision. Main obstacles are consumer disidentification and cost increase. Land use, financing and tax incentive policies are the most expected. To solve the current problems, we suggest the relevant departments to implement incentives targeted at both supply and demand side of green building, to ensure the compulsory execution of green building standard, to bring green building development into the performance appraisals of persons-in-charge at the state-owned real estate enterprises, and to enforce related capacity building of green building.
