· 4 3 6 · 中华普通外科学文献（电子版）2013 年 12 月第 7 卷第 6 期 Chin Arch Gen Surg（Electronic Edition)，December 2013，Vol.7，No.6 ·论著 · 基质金属蛋 白酶 9 在胰腺癌组织 中的表达 及其临床意义 尚培中　李晓武　蔡大伟　赵伟男　温艳春　谷化平 　　 【摘要】　目的　探讨胰腺癌组织 中基质金属蛋 白酶 9 （MMP-9 ）的表达及其与临床病理指 标和预后 的关系。 方法　应用免疫组织化学 EliVisionTM Plus 法检测 70 例手术切除的原发性胰腺 癌组织及 15 例癌旁无瘤胰腺组织 中 MMP-9 的表达 ，并分析患者生存率 、临床病理资料与 MMP-9 表达水平 的关 系。 结果　MMP-9 在 70 例原发性胰腺癌组织 中的阳性率为 68.6 ％ （48/70 ），而 2 χ 在 15 例癌旁无瘤胰腺组织 中的阳性率为 26.7 ％ （4/ 15 ），两者差异有统计学意义 （ ＝9.13 ， P 0.05 ）；MMP-9 表达与性别 、年龄及肿瘤部位无关 ，与肿瘤大小 、分化程度 、TNM 分期 、淋 巴 结转移显著相关 （P 0.05 ）。MMP-9 表达 阴性 的 22 例患者术后无进展生存率与总体生存率均 明 2 χ 显长于 MMP-9 阳性 的 48 例患者 （ 分别为 11.84 和 16.09 ，P 0.05 ）。 结论　MMP-9 的表达与 胰腺癌的临床病理指标密切相关 ，其高表达提示患者预后不 良。 　　 【关键词】　胰腺肿瘤 ；基质金属蛋 白酶 9 ；免疫组织化学 ；预后 Expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinases-9 in pancreatic carcinoma tissues SHANG Pei-zhong*, LI Xiao-wu, CAI Da-wei, ZHAO Wei-nan, WEN Yan-chun, GU Hua-ping. *Department of General Surgery, the 251st Hospital of PLA, Zhangjiakou 075000, China Corresponding author: SHANG Pei-zhong, Email: spz251@163.com 　　【Abstract】　Objective　To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) in pancreatic carcinoma and its clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.
