《岩土工程学报》的学术质量管理与创新 李运辉，明经平，胡海霞，黄贤沙，陈晓红 （《岩土工程学报》编辑部，南京虎踞关34 号，210024 ） 摘 要：介绍了《学报》的发展与取得的成绩、学术质量的含义，构建并不断完善其学术质量管理体系， 并提出了新时期学术质量运作模式进行改革创新的一些举措，以促进《学报》提高核心竞争力，举措包 括（1）追踪重大项目、重大工程和学科带头人，组织挖掘优秀稿件；（2）注意缩短出版周期；（3）更 好地发挥《学报》编委会作用；（4）建立《学报》自主电子期刊发布发行平台，提高网络服务水平；（5） 进一步推进扩大《学报》的国际宣传，提高国际影响力；（6）不断寻找满足读者需求的合理定位系统， 继续组织办好《学报》黄文熙讲座，加强交流，活跃学术气氛；（7）加强《学报》管理，建立激励机制， 组织编辑人员培训等。 关键词：学术质量，管理，运作模式，创新，岩土工程学报 Management and innovation of academic quality of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering Li Yunhui, Ming Jingping, Hu Haixia, Huang Xiansha, Chen Xiaohong (Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, Nanjing 210024, China) Abstract: The development, achievements and academic quality of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering are briefly introduced. Its academic quality management system is established and improved. Some measures are put forward for the innovation of management system and operation mode of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering so as to raise its competitive force, including: (1) pursuit of leaders of important projects or disciplines and organization of high-quality papers; (2) reduction of publishing time for papers; (3) full play of members of Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering; (4) establishment of electronic periodical releasing and publishing platform and increase of network service level; (5) improvement of international popularization and influence of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering; (6) rational positioning of Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, organization and holding of Huang Wenxi Lecture for strengthening national and international exchanges and academic atmosphere; (7) improvement of management of Chinese Journal of G
