In most cases, flash memory devices are the only nonvolatile storage devices among consumer electronic products, so keys and other sensitive information must be stored in flash memory. Currently known attacks can be easily used to attain stored data from flash memory devices. In this paper, a secure data storage method of flash memory is proposed.
