本科毕业设计（论文） 燃煤电站电除尘器的选型设计 姓 名学 院专 业指导教师 完成日期  煤粉炉电除尘器的选型设计 摘要 我国燃煤火力发电机组容量占电力总装机容量的75%左右，年耗煤量近5亿吨，火电燃煤烟尘排放量占全国工业烟尘排放总量的37%以上，列第1位。实现电力工业的可持续发展，在推广净煤燃烧和调整火电结构同时，提高火电厂烟尘浓度排放标准已势在必行。即将颁布的火电厂污染物排放标准将燃煤锅炉的粉尘（标准状态）排放要求提高到。发电燃煤锅炉烟尘控制设备以电除尘器为主，至1999年火电厂采用电除尘器的锅炉容量接近80%。因此，电力行业的迅速发展需要能达到新排放标准要求性能更高的电除尘器。 本设计依据锅炉型号规格、煤种等工艺条件及排放标准的要求，对200MW机组燃煤锅炉电除尘器进行了选型，并对电除尘器的性能和结构进行了设计计算；通过选择合理的电极配置、高压供电方式，调整电场内气流分布状态等措施，提高了除尘器对高比电阻微细粉尘的捕集效率，有效降低电除尘器返流损失。设计完成了电除尘器设计计算说明书一份和部分设备的设计图纸。 关键词：静电除尘器，除尘，除尘率 Pulverized ESP Selection and Design Abstract Capacity of coal-fired thermal power generating units accounted for 75% of the total electricity installed capacity of about nearly 500 million tons of coal, coal dust emissions from thermal power accounts for the countrys industrial soot emissions more than 37%, ranking 1.To achieve the sustainable development of power industry in the promotion of clean coal burning and adjust the thermal power structure while increasing the concentration of power plant smoke emission standards is imperative.A forthcoming emission standards for thermal power plants will be coal-fired boiler dust (standard state) emissions requirements up to.Power control equipment to coal-fired boiler electrostatic precipitator dust mainly from thermal power plants by 1999, ESP boiler capacity close to 80%.Therefore, the rapid development of power industry emissions need to be able to reach a new higher performance standard ESP.The design specifications based on boiler type, coal and other conditions and emission standards, on the 200MW coal-fired boiler unit was selection of ESP, and ESP performance and structure of the design calculations; by choosing a reasonableelectrode configuration, high voltage power supply, adjust the air distribution of electric field and other measures to raise the fine dust of high resistivity dust collection efficiency, reduce losses ESP reflux.Design completed the design and calculation of electrostatic precipitator and t
