风险投资的财务运作与管理 摘 要 美国将高新技术作为拉动经济增长的重要方式，日本提出了技术立国，欧盟将推进高新科技产业化作为经济政策的大方向。而风险投资就是专指初始状态下的高新技术领域的投资，风险投资的高风险和高回报率大于银行投资跟传统证券市场的投融资制度，经过多年的发展，中国风险投资事业蓬勃发展，显现出风险投资对高新科技产业化、科研成果商品化、科技企业成长发展的巨大作用。但是 国内多家风险投资公司的失利甚至倒闭也体现了我国风险投资产业还存在着一些问题，我们要发现问题、解决问题，从而使我国风险投资企业更好的发展，实现企业的价值。随着经济全球化和我国经济的飞速发展，风险投资在我国越来越受到政府、企业、人民的重视。有鉴于此，我选择了风险投资作为我的结业论文，本文共分为六章，第一章绪论介绍了本文选题目的与意义，以及国内外风险投资研究，第二章风险概述，简述了风险投资的发展流程和基本概念，第三章风险投资要规避的风险，介绍了风险投资过程中的导致投资失败的常见重要的风险，第四章风险投资应该合理项目评估介绍了风险投资过程最重要的项目评估要注意的问题，第五章风险资本的退出，简述了风险资本应该合理退出，保证收益。第六章案例分析联系前五章总结风险富投资的重要性。 关键词:风险投资;高新技术企业;公司管理 ;投资运作 Venture Capital Operation and Management United States high-tech as an important way to stimulate economic growth, Japan provided technical foundation, the EU will promote the industrialization of high and new technology as the direction of economic policy.
