接耍：在对某47层框筒结构高层建筑检测时，发现其第1至第5层有部分混凝土柱强度不足，但由于客观条件限制，又
不允许采取加固处理。经过分析研究，只能在不影响主体结构的情况下，用局部替换的方法进行补强施工。经工艺优
化，在混凝土柱托换施工后，经其检测，结果能够满足国家规范要求。其所积累经验，可供类似工程参考。
