头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的临床效果。 方法 将150例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组75例。观察组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠2.0 g，静脉滴注，2次/d。对照组采用头孢他定2.0 g，静脉滴注，2次/d。两组疗程均为7～14 d。比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组总有效率、细菌清除率（94.7%、93.8%）与对照组（88.0%、90.3%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率（2.7%）与对照组（4.0%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染，疗效显著，细菌清除率高，不良反应小，安全性好。 [关键词] 头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠；下呼吸道感染；头孢他定 [中图分类号] R974 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0093-02 Clinical observation of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in treatment of patients with lower respiratory tract infection LI Zhao-yan Tumor Treatment Center of People′s Hospital of Dengzhou City in Henan Province，Dengzhou 474150，China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatmeat of patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 150 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 75 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with cefoperazone sodium 2.0 g，bid by in infusion.The control group were treated with ceftazidim 2.0 g，bid by in infusion.The therapy lasted for 7 to 14 days.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction were observed.Results The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of observation group （94.7%，93.8%） had no statistical difference compared to that （88.0%，90.3%） of control group respectively （P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group （2.7%） had no statistical difference compared to that （4.0%） of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium is effective and safe agent for treatment of patients with lower respiratory tract infection.
