真空感应熔炼炉上的高效节能浇注系统 ·1 · 真空感应熔炼炉上的高效节能浇注系统 钱红兵 （应达工业（上海）有限公司，上海 201203 ） 摘 要 浇注对钢锭质量有非常大的影响，真空浇注工艺能消除钢液的二次氧化和对气体卷吸。VIM 配备性能优 良的真空闸板阀，在真空熔炼室不被破真空的条件下，完成浇注。大体积的熔炼室便于生产操作，合理的浇注系统 设计，使得 VIM 能够实现半连续生产，即使是大体积的熔炼室，生产过程中的抽真空时间也非常短。Consarc 的浇 注系统采用中间包而不是流槽，缩短了整个浇注系统的长度；中间包的布置方向与感应炉出钢的液流方向一致，中 间包可以被设计成窄条状，浇注系统的宽度变窄，在满足工艺要求的条件下尽能小。小而精密的浇注系统，减少抽 真空的时间，带来生产效率的提高和能耗的降低。真空浇注系统中配备了工业电视与检测仪表，所采集的信号被传 送到 VIM 的 SCADA 系统，由系统中的 PLC 统一处理。 关键词 真空感应熔炼，浇注系统，生产率，节能，中间包 High Efficiency and Energy Saving Pouring System of VIM Qian Hongbing (Inductotherm Shanghai Industrial Company, Shanghai 201203, China) （ ） Abstract The casting has great influence on the quality of steel ingot. Vacuum casting process can eliminate either re-oxidation of molten steel or the gas entrainment. VIM equipped with excellent vacuum gate valve can complete casting ingot, in the condition of the vacuum melting chamber not being broken vacuum. As the VIM is semi continuous production, a reasonable design of pouring system makes sure that the time of large volume of the smelting chamber being vacuumized is very short during the production process. A large volume of the smelting chamber helps to operate process and improve production efficiency. The pouring system designed by Consarc equips with tundish rather than launder. It has shorter the length of the pouring system. The direction of tundish is in line with pour stream of induction furnace, so the width of tundish is in meet the process conditions as more narrow as possible.
