关于甘肃省甘南黄河重要水源补给生态功能区的现状 与综合治理研究 秦伟志 （甘肃源岗农林开发有限公司，甘肃兰州 730030 ） 摘要：甘南玛曲是黄河上游重要的水源补充区和调蓄区，素有“高原水塔”的美誉。近年因生态植被的大幅破坏， 水土流失严重，境内特有物种几近濒。应推进青海三江源生态保护、建设甘肃省国家生态安全屏障综合试验区等 重大生态工程。甘肃地处青藏高原、黄土高原、内蒙古高原交汇处，在国家生态建设中具有重要战略地位，需加 强生态保护建设与环境综合治理，构筑西北乃至全国的生态安全屏障。 关键词：甘南黄河；水源补充区和调蓄区；植被破坏水土流失；生态保护；环境综合治理 Study on Present Situation and Comprehensive Treatment of South Gansu Yellow River Important Water Supply Ecological Function Region QIN Weizhi (Gansu Yuangang Agriculture Development Co Ltd., Lanzhou, 730030, China) Abstract: Gannan Maqu is the important River water replenishment district and storage areas in upstream of the Yellow River, known as the plateau water tower reputation. In recent years, due to vegetation damage, severe soil erosion, the species endemic to the territory is rare and endangered. The major ecological engineering of ecological protection of Qinghai Sanjiang source, and of the construction of national ecological security barrier of comprehensive experimental zone. Gansu is located in Qinghai Tibet Plateau, the Loess Plateau, Inner Mongolia plateau interchange, has important strategic position in national ecological construction. Ecological protection and construction and comprehensive management of the environment should be strengthened to build the northwest and the countrys ecological security barrier.
