“新常态”下高炉炼铁技术转型升级和创新之路 ·1 · “新常态”下高炉炼铁技术转型升级和创新之路 杨天钧 张建良 刘征建 李克江 （北京科技大学冶金与生态工程学院，北京 100083 ） 摘 要 面对新的经济形势，本文试图阐述中国炼铁工业的“新常态”：产量接近饱和、产能严重过剩、先进与落 后指标并存、现代与传统理念并存。作者分析了高炉炼铁行业所面临的新挑战：在国家政策的约束条件下，炼铁工 序肩负着整个钢铁行业在资源、能源和减少污染排放方面的艰巨责任，与此同时，加快高炉大型化步伐，完善高效、 安全长寿高炉技术已经成为对炼铁行业的迫切要求。面对“新常态”的挑战，炼铁工作者需要转变技术创新的观念 和理念，以实现知识、技术和管理创新；大力开发和推广炼铁新技术，诸如：烧结—高炉配料一体化技术，拓展兰 炭等辅助燃料在高炉、烧结中应用技术，高炉可视化及控制技术，高炉粉尘处理技术，镁质球团技术，超级烧结技 术等；与此同时，不断提高高炉操作水平，在高风温、富氧喷煤、安全长寿等方面取得新进展，从而实现高炉炼铁 技术的转型升级和创新。 关键词 新常态，炼铁，高炉 The Transformation, Upgrade and Innovation of China’s Blast Furnace Ironmaking Technologies in the “New Normal” Economy Yang Tianjun, Zhang Jianliang, Liu Zhengjian, Li Kejiang School of Metallurgical and Ecological Engineering, University of Science and Technology （ Beijing, Beijing 100083, China） Abstract Facing the updated economical circumstance, the “New Normal” of Chinese ironmaking technologies was elaborated in detailed in this paper: the production is close to saturation with excess production capacity; the advanced and the backward technical-economical indicators and concept coexist. The new challenges of blast furnace ironmaking were also analyzed: under the high pressure from the national strict constraint policy, ironmaking industry shoulders the responsibilities in terms of resources, energy and pollution emission in the whole iron and steel industry; Meanwhile, the development of large-scale, long campaign life and safe blast furnace becomes the new demand in ironmaking field.
