企业成长战略研究 ——佛山市L润滑油有限公司案例研究 ——佛山市L润滑油有限公司案例研究Professor Li fei ABSTRACT As the increasing development of economy in China and the improved market system, facing this giant market, not only have many foreign corporations entered, but also many domestic corporations have been founded. Recently, although the number of corporation grows speedily in all kinds of industries, the corporations are rare which can survive and then get through the period of high-speed development to become an outstanding corporation in a certain industry. The study is based on the research of strategic management and corporate lifecycles. It cites the typical case of Huasida Lube Corporation to find a way in aspect of strategy to help the corporations to reach their goals, and then become competitive, especially to the corporations of similar lifecycles stage. This dissertation combines the ways of theatrical study with case analysis to do research. First, the theories of strategies management and the corporation lifecycles are generally summarized. Following that, the case of Huasida Lube Corporation is mainly analyzed in order to make an overall analysis of the progress of this corporate, as well as its external and internal environments, and also find out its stage of the corporation lifecycles. Moreover, we illustrate how the corporation accumulates power to reach strategic relocation in development. Finally, we summarize the main analysis and conclusions, point out the disadvantages of the dissertation and advance further questions for consideration and research.
