摘要 本文深入研究了网络计费技术的原理和体系结构，探索了网络计费项目的实现技术，包括基于WEB的信息系统三层体系结构、软件开发标准一CMM、面向对象技术、RADIUS认证记费技术、网络数据流量采集与整合技术等。 在理论研究的基础上，作者结合企业实际需求开发了IP电话计费和综合管理系统，并投入实际运行。该系统包括通过IP对UNIX服务器的支持，通IP对用户计费的支持，以及费率、账单等运营需要的业务的管理等功能。系统采用MVC模式的三层结构模型，应用对象设计方法、CORBA技术实现。在项目开发过程中，遵循CMM的开发管理规范标准。系统在平台化和扩展性方面具有独到的设计，具有实用性和先进性。 【关键词】计费 认证 数据采集 CORBA MVC模式 IP网络 RADIUS CMM 记费引擎 Abstract The article is about billing of IP network, especially on the aspects oftheory and structuretiers web structureIt has researched the reality of IP billing，include threeCMM of SEI, OOB technology, RADIUS protocolnetflow and the technology of integration. Based on the study of theories, the author had developed a VoIP billingand management system. The result product is in use today. That systemsupport prepaid card of VoIP and direct dial to IP with local telephone. Thesystem also has rich kinds of rate policy and many management sub systemson operation support. The infrastructure of system based on the tiers BlSstructure. The OOB is used in the design and we use CORBA technology inthe program.
