毕业论文 四层升降横移式立体车库钢结构设计及有限元分析 吉 林 建 筑 大 学 2013年6月20日 毕业论文 四层升降横移式立体车库钢结构设计及有限元分析 Four layers of steel structure lifting and moving solid carport design and finite element analysis 专 业： 机械工程及自动化 学 号： 答 辩 日 期： 2013 年 6 月20 日  摘 要 随着城市的人口不断的增加，国民经济的快速发展，汽车的数量更是增长迅速，由于城市空间有限，停车难问题已经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。机械式立体停车库可充分利用土地资源，布局灵活、高效节能，成为目前解决停车难问题的重要方式之一，其中以升降横移式立体车库应用最为广泛。本课题以较为典型的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象，，对车库的钢结构进行设计及有限元分析。 本文结合实际工程项目，对四层升降横移式立体车库进行钢结构设计。立体车库的钢结构结构设计包括车库总体方案的确定、总体尺寸的选择确定、立柱、横梁、纵梁的设计、连接设计等。首先，根据车库施工现场场地限制与车库设计要求确定车库方案及主体框架总体尺寸；之后对立柱、横梁、纵梁、连接进行设计与其强度校核。 设计完成后，采用基于 CATIA有限元技术对车库主体钢结构进行静力分析、稳定性分析，求解车库主体整体钢结构、单根横梁、单根纵梁在载荷下的的应力场分布、变形位移规律，为车库梁柱结构设计提供理论依据。 关键词： 立体车库；升降横移式；有限元分析；CAITA建模 Abstract With the increase of urban population, the rapid development of national economy, the number of vehicles is increasing rapidly, due to the limited urban space, the parking problem has become one of common phenomenon in large and medium-sized cities.
