基于服务型制造的陕汽集团供应链优化研究 摘 要 随着全球经济的快速发展和信息技术的突飞猛进，服务型制造之路已成为其必然趋势，也是增强制造业整体实力和竞争力的必然选择。服务型制造既是一个经济系统也是一个服务生态系统，面对新变化，制造企业重新审视自身的竞争优势，重新界定自己企业和产品的核心竞争力，必将面临供应链的优化问题。为此，文章将服务型制造背景下的供应链优化作为研究对象，重点分析陕汽集团的供应链优化问题。 文章在广泛收集和阅读服务型制造和供应链优化的基础上，梳理了服务型制造的概念演化、概念结构、属性、特点和实现方式等，分析了服务与制造结合对制造业发展的影响。其次，分析了混合供应链的组成要素和实现形式，研究了供应链优化对制造业的影响。结合服务型制造与混合供应链的概念属性，二者之间具有相辅相成的关系，服务型制造模式下混合供应链形成以资金流、物流、价值流、信息流和服务流循环作用的系统结构，同时服务型制造对供应链优化有稳定、协同和创新的作用，由此分析得出基于内生和基于共生的供应链优化理论模型。第三，文章分析了解陕汽集团服务型制造发展现状，分析其供应链现状，运用PEST嵌入式SWOT分析法对陕汽集团供应链进行定性分析。第四，基于陕汽集团供应链现状分析，建立陕汽集团供应链绩效评价的指标体系，在此基础上运用主成分分析方法展开评价分析，提取出三个影响陕汽集团供应链绩效水平的主成分，根据绩效得分情况进行评价分析，最后针对定性分析与定量分析结果，提出陕汽集团供应链优化的思路和对策建议。 关键词：服务型制造；混合供应链；供应链；优化 Supply chain optimization research based on service-oriented manufacturing of ShaanXi Automobile Group Specialty: Industrial Engineering Abstract With the rapid development of global economy and information technology, the way of service oriented manufacturing has become the inevitable trend, and the inevitable choice of enhancing the overall strength and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Service oriented manufacturing is not only an economic system but also a service ecosystem, faced with the new changes, manufacturing enterprises has to re-examine their own competitive advantage, and redefine the core competitiveness of enterprises and products of themselves, they will face the problem of supply chain. Therefore, this paper takes the supply chain optimization under the service oriented manufacturing background as the object of study, and focuses on the analysis of the optimization of supply chain based on symbiosis or endogenous theory.
