桂产山银花栽培品种的鉴定与含量测定 ，，谭珍媛*(1广西医科大学，南宁， 5300212.广西中医药大学药学院，南宁市530001) 摘要：目的 为广西进一步开发和利用提供依据。方法 对巴马和忻城山银花进行性状鉴定用显微鉴别粉末用薄层色谱法绿原酸用高效液相色谱测定其绿原酸含量。结果 忻城山银花为红腺忍冬，巴马山银花为华南忍冬，两地绿原酸含量分别为27.2581和15.9758mgg-1。结论 建立的方法可靠，种质提供了客观综合的评价，也为筛选优质高产山银花提供了理论依据。 关键词：山银花；鉴定；绿原酸；含量测定Identification and determination of Lonicerae confuse cultivated varieties in Guangxi Song Fang-Ming1, Wang Zhi-Ping2, Tan Zhen-Yuan1* (1.School of Pharmaceutical Science，GuanXi Medical University, NanNing, China; 2. School of Pharmaceutical Science , GuangXi University of Chinese Medicine NanNing, China;) Abstract: Objective To identify Lonicerae confuse resources and to provide the quality evaluation of those for promoting the rational development and utilization of Lonicera Linn. in Guangxi. Methods Based on the traits of buds in Bama and Xincheng, the character identification and microscopical characteristics were used to make clear the differences of two kinds of . Lonicerae confuse. Chlorogenic acid, the main efficacy component in Lonicerae confuse, was identified through TLC analysis. The content of chlorogenic acid in Lonicerae confuse from different areas was determined by HPLC. Result Lonicerae confuse from xincheng was L onicera hypoglauca Miq. Lonicerae confuse from bama was L onicera confuse DC. There were difference between Lonicerae confuse from different areas in macroscopic and microscopic characteristics . The chlorogenic acid display blue spot obviously . The content of chlorogenic acid in xincheng and bama was 27.2581 mg·g-1 and 15.9758 mg·g-1respectively. Conclusion The method is feasible, which can Provide objective and comprehensive evaluation, also can provided academic basis for screening high yield and quality of Lonicera confusa in Guangxi.
