Abstract: The bearing protecting cover stamping process and die design is content.It is a consideration for me to use the four learned professional knowledge accumulation of a system analysis and design.
I consulted a lot of information, for the selection of bearing protective cover stamping process with punching, blanking and bulging level progressive stamping to achieve high production efficiency, low cost of mould .In the design I consider the main processes including: 1. stamping process analysis and calculation; 2. mold structure; 3 die assembly drawings and parts drawing. The design is different from the design of other people , I use the book knowledge and the combination of domestic and foreign research situation in the stamping process analysis, selected a high productivity of progressive die production scheme. In this process line, the overall structure of the mold is determined,the stamping process parameters are calculated. In this series of work, I can exercise my skilled ability to use AutoCAD drawing software and improve access to comprehensive training in mould material, mould injection molding process analysis and data retrieval. I have simplified the complicated procedure of the mould design, and improved the service life of the mould and the production efficiency,it is a lot of progress compared with the before. I encountered some difficulties, under the help of the teacher and look plenty of books, the quality and quantity of the complete bearing protective cover stamping process and die design task.
