毕业设计(论文) 课 题 名 称 JYCS-Ⅲ型机械系统性能研究及参数可视化分析实验台 学 生 姓 名 学 号 系、年级专业 08级 机械类（现代制造技术方向） 指 导 教 师 职 称 教 授 2012年5月0日 内容提要 为了解决机械设计课程相关实验分散进行，缺乏组合实验的问题，设计了一种JYCS-Ⅲ型机械系统性能研究及参数可视化分析实验台。该实验台利用光栅角位移传感器测量转轴转速的大小，利用高精度拉压力传感器测量加载在轴瓦上压力的大小，利用贴在螺栓组螺栓上的应变片感应静载荷的大小。整个试验台可以实现带传动，链传动，滑动轴承，动态螺栓，螺栓组螺栓的性能测试与分析，也可对整个机械系统性能进行测试分析。 该实验台对不同工作条件下工作的传动部分的性能参数进行检测，数据可通过数码管显示或计算机自动采集分析，显示运动参数的实时变化曲线，具有综合性强、完整性好、便于教师指导实验等优点。其检测控制系统以51系列单片机组为核心，配有放大、滤波、抗干扰电路实现数据采集、放大、初步处理和数据通讯，以及电机控制等功能，利用串口实现数据采集箱和电脑之间的信息通讯；以Vb为开发平台，包括实验内容介绍、参数可视化分析、实验结果分析等内容；实验结果可以以文本形式保存，并可在网络上发送，便于网络化实验，而且教师可在网上批改作业。 此设计在整体上结构布局合理，将机械工程测试技术和计算数据处理技术结合一体，具有较好的经济性和实用性,有助于增强学生的工程实践能力。 SIn order to solve mechanical design course experiments, the lack of a combination of experiment, design a JYCS-III mechanical system performance and parameter visualization analysis of experimental units.
