Abstract
In recent decades, the automatic control technology has been rapid development, and widely used in industrial and agricultural production, transportation, national defense and aviation, aerospace and other fields. With the development of science and technology, automatic control technology has infiltrated into subject areas, become promote the progress of science and technology development and the important factors. In three years time, the automation course as well as the application of many, now is the time for their knowledge to do a systematic summary and application.
Therefore, to test their knowledge of the condition, the application of their knowledge to accurately process automation. We adopted the EMCO equipment of the machine tool, robot into them in order to achieve automation turn parts processing, mainly including: chuck claw design, mechanical gripper design, automatic doors and a tailstock design and PLC programming. The robot work clamping parts required mechanical gripper was analyzed and designed, elaborated the flashlight parts processing by using mechanical gripper design and machining process.
Through this graduation project design implementation, to let the student know parts design process, training of students integrated use of the basic theory, basic skills and professional knowledge and ability to solve practical problems. The cultivation of students design, engineering drawing, writing, literature search tool using the basic ability of practice, so that students master the basic scientific research methods.
