The whole design process is based on the rules of the competition, the maximum reduction of drivers in the car sitting posture, improve the driv- er’s situation reproduction ability, and to meet the requirements of the process to minimize the cost. The main work of this paper is to complete the design and calculation of the car simulator bracket, the utility analysis of the simulator bracket and the manufacture of the simulator bracket. The research and manufacture of this topic provide reference for the design of the training mode of FSAE driver in the future, and summarize the experience and lessons of the design and manu- facturing process, which has a certain engineering value.
