55 Investigat ion on Correlation Between Microstructure and T hermal Radiation Property for Carbon Fiber , , ( , 50061) CAO Weiw ei, ZHU Bo, WAN G Chengguo ( School of M aterials Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan 50061, China) : T300 T700 T300 , :T700 T 300 , , , 500~ 5000nm , 5000~ 6500nm 6500~ 13000nm : ; ; ; : T Q34 74 : A : 009) Abstract: T he normal spectral emissivity and normal total emissivity of T700 carbon fiber, T300 car bon fiber and its surface desizing sample by current w ere measured by automatic instrument for spec tral radiation measurement, and the correlation betw een microstructure and thermal radiation property for carbon fiber w as investigated. The results show that the normal total emissivity of T700 carbon fi ber and T300 surface desizing carbon fiber are low er than T 300 original sample, and the variation of spectral emissivity is in three w avebands, this is related w ith the microstructure of carbon fiber. The spectral emissivity in 500nm to 5000nm w aveband is influenced on free carrier transition mechanism, and the spectral emissivity in 5000nm to 6500nm w aveband and 6500nm to 13000nm waveband are re lated w ith the libration of C C bond in carbon planes and the proportion of amorphous carbon in mi crostructure respectively.
